Cozy boutique hotel
– On our arrival Mala & Hannah came out to welcome us. Our room was lovely with a patio that had a fireplace to sit by as we looked out over Lake Rotorua with black swans. Our first night we opted to stay put & have dinner there- outstanding & you can’t beat the view. In fact, dinner was so good we ate there our second night also. The whole staff made sure that we were well taken care of us – we were greeted every time we came back & on our departure, Andrew was in the parking lot wishing us a safe journey. Staying at the Black Swan is a wonderful oasis.
